Clicking an extension to view it in Gnome Software doesn't work properly
To reproduce:
- Have at least one shell extension installed.
- Open Tweaks and view the Extensions page.
- Click on the description of an extension. This should open a window of Gnome Software, set to the details page for the extension that was clicked on.
Actual results: The Gnome Software window will open, but it will not be on the correct page. If you had previously viewed an app's details page since booting Gnome Software (whether or not the Software window had since been closed), that app's page will appear instead of the page for the extension that was clicked on. If no app detail page had been viewed before, the Software window will instead be completely blank.

Expected results: The Gnome Software window that appears should show the details page for the extension that was clicked on. This did work in previous versions of Gnome Shell, albeit unreliably.
Is this perhaps a Gnome Software bug?
