GNOME 40 string review
I've just gone through the content for GNOME 40 and there are a few string changes that it would be good to make.
Welcome page
Text is:
*Welcome to GNOME 40*
Learn about new and essential features in GNOME 40.
Two issues:
- We've already said "Welcome to GNOME 40" in the shell welcome dialog.
- It repeats "GNOME 40".
We can fix both by changing the title to "Start the Tour".
App grid
It says "Arrange your apps so they make sense for you." The meaning of this isn't very clear - what is actually telling the user?
A more explicit phrasing might be: "Arrange the app grid so it makes sense for you."
Final page
The text reads "That's it! We hope that you enjoy GNOME."
This should probably mention the version number, since that's what we opened with. So it reads: "That's it! We hope that you enjoy GNOME 40."
