Notifications don't appear if tasks aren't scheduled
Description
Hello,
I was so happy to finally upgrade to GNOME 3.24 for almost only one reason: startup notifications with GNOME ToDo. However, I see that if a task doesn't have any scheduled date, there is no notification about it at startup.
Not sure if it's a bug or an intended behaviour btw, if it's intended, I could understand why, but I find it kinda weird and counter-productive.
Expected behaviour: startup notifications for all the tasks, even non-scheduled ones, or at least let us select which ones we want to be notified about.
Current behaviour: only scheduled tasks (with a date) show a notification.
Thank you, have a good day :)
