Use HC icons for HC theme.

Dariusz Gadomski requested to merge dargad/gnome-themes-extra:highcontrast-icons into master

Adwaita is missing some icons used e.g. in the System Settings. Replacing the icon set for HighContrast theme results in no missing icons in the settings app. However, some icons missing from the HighContrast set are replaced by their Adwaita counterparts.
