Provide a GNOME themed *sh prompt theme

Description

We rely completely on the distributors for the look and feel of the shell used in GNOME Terminal; most of the time the experience is terrible.

We often end up with a very blend Bash prompt with very poor readability and usability. Maybe we should work on a better, more readable *sh prompt theme that would be suggested to use with GNOME Terminal.
