Remove old background entries, add Adwaita-dark.

It’s time to ascend from technically a maintainer to maintainer for real
and lift the burden a bit off the others.

Also bring the DOAP file up to specs.

Until now we forced a shadow on all frames, regardless of the shadow
value. Now we don’t render a shadow if GTK_SHADOW_NONE is passed. This
makes some work-arounds obselete (e.g. Gimp’s Wilbert frame) and fixes
issues where the shadow is toggleable (e.g. XFCE’s system tray).

Also remove rule disabling shadows in all statusbars, it should be now
up to the developer.

We don't have any Metacity themes anyway.

The index file for the dark theme was the same as the light theme,
meaning gnome-tweak-tool wouldn't pick it up. Also the index.theme file
has been removed, since it's generated when building.

This was missed in the recent merge of Adwaita-dark changes.
These were missed in
