Fix URLs to reduce unsightly redirect warnings

When you click on the appdata links you get a warning from gitlab:

Project 'chergert/gnome-text-editor' was moved to 'GNOME/gnome-text-editor'. Please update any links and bookmarks that may still have the old path.

This MR does exactly that.
