Menu bar is not accessible to the keyboard only users
Since GNOME 3.32 gnome-terminal features a new headerbar and classic menu bar is not displayed by default. Toggling the displaying of classic menu bar is still possible e.g. via the terminal view popup menu. Once the menu bar is visible on the screen, there is no way to activate it using the keyboard nor there is an action with no keyboard shortcut bound to it in the settings. I am suggesting to change the behaviour in a way that if the menu bar is shown pressing F10 key / performing associated action would bring up the menu bar instead of focusing the header bar.
