Support using the numeric keypad for zooming, and make it possible to use Ctrl++ without pressing Shift
This was first raised in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=579681
Currently, the default accelerators for zooming (ie., Ctrl+0
, Ctrl++
and Ctrl+-
) only work with the alphanumeric keys, not the numeric keypad, which can confuse users. Would be nice to support both sets of keys.
Secondly, the default accelerator for zooming in (ie., Ctrl++
) requires pressing the shift key when using the alphanumeric keys on keyboards where the +
is on the upper level. This is inconvenient. Even more so on laptop keyboards where the numeric keypad isn't easily accessible.
