Opening terminal from nautilus should keep environment

Since b7680273 , a terminal opened from nautilus is NOT keeping the user enviromment any more.

The default until 3.36 used to be to keep it, and I think the intent from 4a491e99 was to keep it unless explicitly requested not to (options->no_environment).

FWIW, this change kills my workflow, as I need my $PATH to be consistent in terminals opened from both the app menu and nautilus, and the latter is now missing it. :-(

May I suggest to restore the old behavior by changing FALSE to TRUE?
