Add an indication of the currently used input microphone device, or a way to select it

Description
One thing I'm missing from ye olde sound recorder is the assurance that whatever I'm recording is done through the right microphone. My computers typically have multiple inputs (line in, analog mic, webcam, usb microphone, bluetooth, you name it) and since pulseaudio has this bad habit of forgetting (or not respecting) the official default device I chose, I'm always worried about where gnome-sound-recorder is taking its sound from.
So I would like to have a combobox to choose which device to record from. Failing that, at least some indication label, updated in realtime as I change devices in the gnome sound properties, indicating where it's taking the sound from (ie not the crappy analog mic).
