Handle file extensions

Should hopefully address bug #17 (closed)

  1. Saves the file with the correct file extension
  2. File extension is not displayed in ListBox
  3. Files can be renamed. Extension cannot be changed
  4. File extension, if present, is displayed in infoDialog
  5. Should still load files without extensions fine

depends on !50 (merged) for FLAC to be saved with the .flac extension rather than .undefined
