Add Bengali, Vietnamese, Hindi and Marathi translations

As with !167 (merged), we purchased some translations for gnome-software which were not upstreamed at the time.

I don’t speak any of these languages, so can’t vouch for the quality of the translations. The Bengali, Vietnamese and Hindi translations are all complete; the Marathi translation is actually only a single translated string, “More Apps” (I don’t know why).
