Not all flatpaks are installed with their locale

Hi,

As a French speaker, using gnome-software on my Debian 64 bits Sid with GNOME-X11 (flatpak version is 1.2.4-1 and gnome-software version is 3.30.6-5), some flatpaks are installed in their french version wheareas some other like Audacity, Filezilla and Transmission don't.

For each of them, I had to open a Terminal and to manually install org.audacityteam.Audacity.Locale, org.filezillaproject.Filezilla.Locale and com.transmissionbt.Transmission.Locale to get them translated in french.
