Window size too big for tablets in portrait mode

Description
The application window currently has a minimal window size which makes it unusable on current Intel baytrail tablet with a resolution 800x1280. Therefore the application cannot be used in portrait mode. Those values should be dynamic to perfectly adjust to the screen regardless of the screen rotation.
