Backport !742 “os-release: Handle NULL OS name or version” to gnome-40

Philip Withnall requested to merge pwithnall/gnome-software:backport-742-arch-null-gnome-40 into gnome-40

Either may be NULL, but shouldn’t end up as ‘(null)’ in the app ID, as that breaks subsequent XPath queries in the appstream plugin.
