WIP: Support for copying apps to USB drives

This builds on (and is based on) !216 (closed), to support copying flatpak apps to USB drives, so they can be installed on other computers. It adds a ‘Copy to USB’ button to the details page, which is visible and usable if your flatpak remote is configured for P2P, the app isn’t an ‘extra data’ app, and a USB drive is plugged in.

It was mostly written by Travis Reitter and @mwleeds, with some tweaks and rearrangement done by me when rebasing it for upstreaming.
