gs-application: Rename Primary Menu to Main Menu

Hari Rana requested to merge TheEvilSkeleton/gnome-software:rename-main-menu-tooltip into main

I am submitting this MR to correct an error suggested in !1519 (comment 1591768).

The primary menu's tooltip is currently called "Primary Menu". However, the GNOME HIG suggests "Main Menu", per the Tooltips page in the HIG. I renamed from "Primary Menu" to "Main Menu" to comply with the HIG.
