Updates: low power handling UX
If battery power is lower than 10%, we don't allow offline updates to be run. Some firmware updates require that the laptop be running on AC power.
I'm uncertain what Software currently does for this, but I was recently asked to do some designs for it. After exploring a couple of options, I've come down to a fairly simple approach: namely, to show an infobar when updates can't be installed due to the power state, and to make the "update" button for each one insensitive.
In some respects this approach isn't great - we have a bunch of other infobars that could be shown at the same time, and it would be a better design if the low power state indication was shown right next to the affected updates. However, the update lists are fairly complex already, so I'd prefer not to add more to them, and the other info bars are hopefully rare enough that we won't see multiple bars stacked on top of each other.
