"not handling error failed for action refine" errors when searching for apps with gnome-apps-nightly Flatpak repo enabled

I am randomly getting these errors when searching for apps in GNOME Software and having the gnome-apps-nightly repo enabled:

not handling error failed for action refine: failed to get permissions: Unable to load metadata from remote gnome-apps-nightly: summary fetch error: Operation was cancelled

not handling error failed for action refine: failed to get permissions: No entry for app/org.gnome.tweaks/x86_64/master in remote 'gnome-apps-nightly' summary flatpak cache
not handling error failed for action refine: failed to get permissions: No entry for app/org.gnome.Epiphany/x86_64/master in remote 'gnome-apps-nightly' summary flatpak cache

I am using Fedora Rawhide with latest GNOME Software from Git master.
