Don’t update/download updates when games are running

The former creates considerable frame drops, the latter makes it impossible to play online (say FPS games, MOBAs, etc.), both of which are a major inconvenience for Linux gamers.

A possible approach would be to implement it into Feral’s GameMode. A Flatpak portal has also been discussed.
