Updates: Flatpak version stepping isn’t shown every time

- gnome-software 3.28.2
Currently I get this displayed, where Evince is clearly missing it’s version information:
But I don’t know if this could be due to Evince, which stayed at 3.28.2 (I think that just this bug was fixed).
