Installing an application that was just uninstalled makes GNOME Software glitchy
Description of problem: If you install some application using GNOME Software and then, without closing the GNOME Software window, you uninstall it and try to install it again, the installation starts on background, but no progress bar (or any information about the installation) is shown, just the default "Install" button that changes to the Launch/Remove buttons after the application is installed.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gnome-software-3.28.2-1
How reproducible: Every time.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Use Fedora 28 with the latest updates installed.

- After the installation is complete, click "Remove".
- Click "Install" again.
