Add-ons "Extension Settings" text has light text on light background with dark GTK theme

Description

Created attachment 363993 The light-on-light text blurb.

In Software->Addons->Shell Extensions, there is a message at the top of the window saying "Extensions are used at your own risk", etc. With a dark desktop theme like Adwaita Dark, this message appears with white text on a bright grey background, making it hard to read. It should have dark text on a light background.

Maybe there are other text boxes in Software that have this colouring issue as well, but I haven't seen any until this one right now.
