Include an "install all" button for requested codecs

Description
It's fairly typical for an application to request multiple codecs be installed. When this happens the user is shown a list of the codecs, but they have to manually go into each item and install it individually. This is quite painful and more work than it should be - the user really just wants a "make my video work" button.
We should include an "install all" button, which installs all the requested codecs in one go. Mockup:
