Removing a flatpak doesn't remove its data
Steps to reproduce
- Install a flatpak app, like GNOME Builder, and use it
- Remove the flatpak through Software
Seen behavior
All the flatpak data will remain intact if you search for folders with the app name in ~/.config, ~/.local and specially in ~/.var. For example, when removing GNOME Builder, the cache, dependencies, SDKs and other stuff will remain on the disk. This problem gets worse as the user install new flatpaks and remove them.
