Featured apps don't respect install sources priority, force RPM installs, don't show installed apps correctly

Fedora Flatpaks should be preferred before Fedora RPMs. And if I open apps like Evolution or Evince from search, Fedora Flatpaks are selected by default. But if I open the same apps from the Explore page (Editor's choice), they are offered as Fedora RPMs, even when Fedora Flatpak is available and even when it is already installed(!). For the same reason, they are not marked with a green checkbox at the Explore page, i.e. they are not marked as installed.
