Displays restart notification after the firmware update bailed out
Using gnome-software 41.5 on Ubuntu, trying to confirm if https://launchpad.net/bugs/1869086 was fixed on a XPS 13 laptop where firmware updates are available
- connect the laptop to AC and start gnome-software
- disconnect the charger
- click on the 'update' button from the firware row
-> the UI displays a 'cannot install update when not on AC power', which is correct and enforced by fwupd
but at the same time there is a notification displayed stating
An update has been installed. A restart is required for it to take effect
The issue is similar to the one which was meant to be fixed by !982 (merged), 41.5 does include the change. Note that the testcase is a bit twisted because if start not-on-ac the firware updates aren't listed (is that a bug or wanted? it's misleading because it suggests no firmware updates are available where in fact there are some but it's only that A/C is required to be able to install those)
