Context tile dialogs: Rows look compressed

Rows with just a single line subtitle look a bit compressed vertically, there's not enough padding around the icons for the layout to feel comfortable:

It looks fine for 2+ lines though, so could we set a minimum height/padding such that the height with 2 lines applies to a single line as well?
