Please document how to use packaging-format-preference setting

Hi,

I greatly appreciate the "new" dconf setting packaging-format-preference (#1005 (closed)). However, I could not understand how to use it (meaning favouring RPM or Deb packaging over Flatpak).

Could you document this, for example in the dconf description?
