Drop OS upgrade banner in favour of a plain background colour
I just tried Software in GNOME OS, and at least in this specific case (atomic OS, no app updates) it doesn't look very good:
Primary issues here:
For incremental updates to an atomic OS this feels way over the top. "$DISTRO $VERSION is available" makes sense for major versions, but not here. I'd expect something simpler and less grandiose for a regular update. The download size for the update is not shown anywhereThe banner is quite small and top-aligned, which looks odd when it's the only thing on the pageDark text doesn't work on this dark blue background, too little contrastThe borders on this container are far darker than those on all other cards in Software (and other apps). I assume this isn't using the standard listbox style classes?
Banner:
- There's a Fedora background image. I wonder how that's possible given this is GNOME OS :D
