An info bar packed in the middle of the window requires its own window,
to be drawn properly.

Add vim modelines to the files which only had emacs modelines, and add
modelines to src/gs-shell-search-provider.[ch] and lib/gs-ioprio.[ch]
which didn't have any. This makes it much easier to not accidentally use
spaces instead of tabs.

gs-shell-details.ui file is huge already, let's make it a little
smaller. Another advantage is that any future changes in the info
boxes appearance will be easier.
