Redesign the smaller dialogs

Jonas Dreßler requested to merge verdre/gnome-shell:small-dialogs-redesign into master

Implement the new dialog style (see #1343 (closed)) for all the smaller, less complicated dialogs.

With this MR and the other open ones, all dialogs should be covered now expect the accessDialog, which is going away anyway, and the wifi network dialog, which is also meant to go away at some point.
