Thunderbolt support

Christian Kellner requested to merge gicmo/gnome-shell:thunderbolt into master

Thunderbolt support consists of two things:

  • Add an indicator to provide feedback to the user that thunderbolt peripherals are being connected
  • Act as the policy agent for the system daemon, i.e. if the session is unlocked we authorize new devices via the system service
