LockScreen: screen dims only once

First disable DPMS function by command xset -dpms.

When system idle time extends idle-delay timer, screen dims to black. Then press some key to active screen, now you can see lock screen shield. Then screen will not dim any more even you wait enough time, lock screen shield is on the screen. The preferring action is screen can dim again.
