3.32 styling updates
We need to sync the changes happening in gtk and roll out a consistent theme for the shell for 3.32.
I know Sam has been exploring various other improvements, so here's a few areas of interest:
- Match the greys. Gtk has introduced new greys coming from the the new HIG icon palette.
- Reintroduce transparency to some elements -- maybe the dash and the workspace widget can use the osd style from gtk instead of the opaque bg.
- top bar legibility
- Sam & Tobias are quite fond of using app icons to associate windows with apps. I don't quite remember the reasons we steered clear of that, apart from having many windows coming from the same app, thus exploring window stacking and never getting anywhere with it. This one might be outside of the scope of this styling update though.
