When "Screen Lock" is off, the screen shield shouldn't be shown
Even if I turn the lock off, when I resume from a blanked screen moving the mouse, I still need to tap Escape to remove the screen shield. This feels like an extra step.
For instance, in Android there are three settings for what to do after blanking:
- nothing
- show a screen shield
- lock the screen
Maybe we could have the same?
Moreover, there's an inconsistency wrt resuming from suspend (in which case the screen shield is not shown).
