Touchscreen input: Erratic pop-ups of Activities Overview
Shell 3.28.2, Wayland session Mutter 3.28.2 GTK+ 3.22.30
Kernel 4.16.9 Arch Linux
Device Lenovo Yoga 910
Interacting with many apps via touchscreen (tablet mode) mostly when scrolling, (de)maximising a window or interacting with the Shell top bar I fall victim to erratic pop-ups of the Activities Overwiew.
This is annoying at the minimum and makes GNOME Web (which alas is the only touchscreen-usable browser in GNOME Wayland) unusable.
I can't figure out if it is Shell's fault or due to driver issues etc. but in case this is intended and considered a feature I want to point out that it is not discoverable at all.
If whatever touch input action I can't get the hang of is supposed to open Activities Overwiew I'd like to ask you to remove this anti-feature. It really gets in my way and the "Activities" button + top left hot corner are enough ways to access Activities overway.
It is possible though that what I see is misinterpretations of my inputs as one of those gestures: https://help.gnome.org/misc/release-notes/3.14/touchscreen-gestures.html.en
This however is really not what I'm doing.
