Having a long password makes "show text" function blank password during login screen

When using long user passwords when locking the screen. The "show password" function does not work and instead shows you a blank password field.
Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce
- Login to user
- Lock the screen
- Use a longer password. In my case I use "ABCDEFGABCDFGABCDEFGABCDEFGA654654654654!!!!!!!!!"äöläöläöl"
- Right click show text or click the eye icon.
What happened
The text is now blank unless you manipulate the password text field or wait one minute
What did you expect to happen
The text field to show me my password when using "show text" function
Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts etc.
