Clear clipboard on Ctrl+c

When you press the ctrl+c key combination, the clipboard completely purges itself instead of filling with the selected text.

This problem is random and occurs under Debian Sid and Testing with Gnome 3.34.1 under Wayland. There may be a link to the clipboard manager: mutter!320 (merged) and the Ctrl+Alt+T issue (#1885 (moved) and mutter#922 (closed)).

This happens several times a day and a double ctrl+c prevents this problem (it has never happened twice to sharpen).
