Notification actions not executed when application window is focused on Xorg
In GNOME 3.34 on Xorg when a notification with action is shown, pressing the action button will not do anything if the window of the originating application is focused. Focus another application and the action button does do its job.
This is a regression compared to GNOME 3.32 and earlier where action buttons did work for applications that were focused. Also on Wayland the notification actions work just fine for focused applications.
Attached below is a screen recording of Haguichi in demo mode triggering the "Connection lost" notification with "Reconnect" action. First notification with the application window in focus the action is not executed. Second notification with focus switched to gnome-terminal the action is executed and the connection is restored.
