Moving window up to a new workspace clears all "always on visible workspace" flags
Steps to reproduce:
- Open at least two windows.
- Right click on title-bar of one or more windows (or Alt+Right click) and select "Always on visible workspace".
- Go to overview.
- Move any window that is on a single workspace to a new workspace above its own by dragging it to the gap between two workspaces. 4a) Also reproducible by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Up while focused on a window in the topmost workspace. 4b) Does not happen when dragging any window to a gap below its present workspace.
Gnome shell version: 3.32, but also used to happen in earlier versions (not sure of the earliest version where I noticed it)
