message-tray: new messages moving older ones down can result in possible misclicks
Because the message-tray places newer notifications above older ones, any existing messages get pushed down when a new one appears. This can result in accidentally clicking on the wrong message. The below video shows a contrived example of this happening:
If new messages were placed at the bottom of the list, existing messages would stay where they are, and this scenario would never happen. Unless it violates other UX principles of Gnome Shell, placing new messages at the bottom should be considered, or at least an option to sort them that way should be provided.
