Sync eslint configuration with gjs

Florian Müllner requested to merge fmuellner/gnome-shell:sync-eslint-config into master

After landing !805 (merged), we comply with most of the new eslint ruleset gjs adopted recently.

So update the configuration to be back in sync with gjs.
