Replace screenshot icon with a more appropriate one

The current screenshot icon shows a camera, which might lead people to think that it only supports taking screenshots, so when they want to record their screen they might look for third-party tools without realizing it's a built-in feature. The icon is still recognizeable, and also looks simpler, and isn't bottom heavy like the one with the camera symbol was.
