Draft: data: Replace deprecated apps in app picker layout gschema

Replace deprecated or non-default apps in app picker layout gschema with more suitable and/or default apps. Also fix position for apps that are no longer in the Utilities folder.

I am not sure if this list is also for apps that are inside the Utilities folder (org.gnome.Connections, org.gnome.DiskUtility, org.gnome.Evince, org.gnome.Loupe, org.gnome.font-viewer) and apps that are also in the favorite-apps list (org.gnome.TextEditor). Please review this before merging.

It will probably also be a good idea to replace Totem with Showtime and Evince with Papers when they are ready.
