Use single notification Source for all system notifications

Julian Sparber requested to merge jsparber/gnome-shell:one_system_notification_source into main

Since we display now the source icon (often the app icon) as well as a notification image this makes sure that at least the source icon is set correctly. Eventually we also want to have nice images in the notification but that's something for a different MR. Reusing the same Source object will be even more relevant once we group notifications.
