Fix misc import paths

Sebastian Keller requested to merge skeller/gnome-shell:fix-component-imports into main

It was reported on Matrix that with main the keyring and polkit agents were not working. This was caused by wrong import paths used in these components, which caused ComponentManager::_importComponent() to get stuck during their import.
