The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Opening the a11y page from the Settings app through the a11y menu isn't possible.
This MR adds this menu entry to make all a11y settings easier to reach.
@bertob @aday Is this ok? Also, is the All Accessibility Settings string ok too? I used "all" to keep consistency because the Wi-Fi menu uses "All Networks". I don't know if this is too long, specially in translations.
