dateMenu: Align time strings in the World Clocks section to the start
In glib!2698 (merged), Glib was made to use tabular space for needed specifiers. Therefore, the previous solution to #5438 (closed) should be replaced with this one. This one just aligns time strings to the start, and the rest is done by the already used "tnum" font feature.
When merging this request, make sure that the Shell will use the correct version of Glib.
